Delivery Format: Officially stamped physical (paper) translation document.

Shipping Method: The document will be shipped via courier service to a specified mainland China address. Standard shipping costs are included.

Applicability:

This option applies to customers processing a license exchange in designated cities across China where our service is available.

This option also applies to foreign nationals processing a license exchange within Shanghai who require only the translation document and do not purchase the in-person assistance service.

2. Shanghai Concierge Service Package

Service Content: This is a customized local assistance package, which includes airport pick-up, in-person guidance at the vehicle administration office, and the preparation of the required translation document.

Fulfillment Method:

Translation Document: The physical translation document will be prepared and provided on-site as part of the service.

Service Nature: This package constitutes an in-person service experience. As no physical product is shipped to the customer in advance, no mailing or shipping is involved.

Important Note:

Purchasing this package fulfills the requirement for the translation document. A separate order for a mailed translation is neither required nor applicable.
