This product involves customized translation and documentation services based on the personal documents and information you provide. As processing begins immediately upon order confirmation and incurs dedicated service costs,all fees are non-refundable once paid.

We are committed to delivering professional and accurate services. Should any error in the translation result from our responsibility, we will promptly correct it and provide a revised version free of charge.

Special Note Regarding the In-Person Assistance Service:
For service packages that include "Airport Pick-up & On-site Assistance," if you need to cancel your Shanghai appointment due to changes in your travel plans, you must notify us at least 3 business days in advance. In such cases, the fee for the in-person assistance service will be refunded, but the translation service fee is non-refundable.
